ARC has completed ATM installation, swap, reprogram, survey, and branding projects across the nation. Our real time reporting tool offers clients the assurance that quality results are being produced in the field, expectations are being met, and every aspect of the project is being managed from beginning to end. Once a project is established, our team designs a master schedule, optimizes shipment and inventory, mitigates safety risks, develops service criteria, and deploys teams. During project, our team maintains communication on and off the field, reports statistical and fully customizable data, and recommends any process improvements.

We have completed projects for: 7-Eleven, CVS/Pharmacy, TD Bank, Walgreen’s, Chevron, Chase, and Speedway.

ATM Implementation

ARC’s network of technicians and independent service providers brings years of ATM implementation experience. Our program spans installations, deinstallations, swaps, compliance, rapid deployment, software upgrades, merchant training, equipment transport and disposal, site evaluation, and modifications. Although we have a nationally proven track record, no location is too small.

Our network is qualified to work with all manufacturers and have installed tens of thousands of ATMs including Triton, NCR, Diebold, Wincor, Hyosung, and Genmega. Our ATM implementation services include staging, deployment, and bring live options. We work directly with manufacturers and ATM operators to offer the most seamless solutions in the marketplace.

Technician Support

We create custom programs to support every level of service need:

  1. Phone Support Program – our phone program was developed to support the needs of ISO portfolios. A dedicated specialist is available by phone to assist with questions and ensure that excellent service is provided and the merchant is satisfied.
  2. Technical Training – training offers ISPs and technicians a place for hands on experience. Although this program is still in development (launching 2016), ARC will be the one source for manufacturer certification and support.
  3. Technical Consulting – we assist in developing services needed to fill in gaps in your coverage area and supplement technical capabilities.

Custom Industry Solutions

  1. Staging, Storage, and Deployment – Our facility stores an array of ATMs used for technician training, part evaluation, and most recently, the Rapid Equipment Deployment (RED) program which ARC streamlined in 2014. We have the ability to deploy to market within 48 hours of the request.
  2. EMV Portfolio Migration – EMV is the industry buzzword and should be at the top of your list. Are you ready for it? ARC can arrange for EMV kits, upgraded ATMs, and then install. Our EMV service allows your ATMs to be fully compliant with this new global standard.
  3. ISO Business Evaluation – Are you interested in selling or buying portfolios? Our Network has likeminded people. We can facilitate meetings and offer an expert in the industry to evaluate your portfolio.
